Cryst-O-Dry® crystallises and dries PET. Mix-O-Well® blends raw material without spillage. The Load-Well™ range moves granules and powder by vacuum or by compressed air.
Load-Well™ — moving granules and powder
Three ways to move material into a process, chosen by what the material is and how it has to arrive: a separate vacuum loader for granules, a filtered loader for powder, and a compressed-air venturi loader where a blower is not warranted.
Load-Well™ SVL
Powder-coated CRC MS receiver, 6 L, ports orientable through 360°, inductive proximity demand switch. 300–400 kg/hr. For plastic granules.

Load-Well™ PVL
SS-304, 14 L in a 300 mm body, 51 mm ports. A 500 mm pleated cartridge cleaned by reverse pulse from an accumulator on the machine, so suction does not decay through the shift.

Load-Well™ AVL
SS-304, 4.4 L receiver, capacitive sensing through the sight glass. Conveys continuously until the material reaches the sensor — no blower, no flap, no timer to set.

SS-304 throughout, 12 L effective, OD 50 mm ports. Level sensed through a polycarbonate sight tube, so nothing sits inside the product path.

Not recommended for flammable, explosive, liquid or semi-liquid materials. PVL is additionally unsuitable for carbon black and titanium dioxide.

The 300, 800, 1200 and 2000 are one machine in four sizes. The 200 is a different arrangement — smaller, squatter and made to be wheeled to whichever machine is running the job.

Mix-O-Well® — blending without spillage
An online mixer that blends raw material homogeneously and removes most of the handling a manual mixing station needs — no floor space for drums, no re-packing between steps, one man instead of two.
Mix-O-Well® 200 L
200 L, 150 L effective. SS-304 hopper, barrel and screw, 0.75 kW. On castors, and the motor and screw lift off for cleaning.

2000 L, 1800 L effective. SS-304 hopper, barrel and screw, 5 kW. 1787 mm across, 3122 mm high, ladder built into the frame.

Cryst-O-Dry®
Indian Patent 297057. Proven. Installed and running.
India's first indigenously developed infrared rotary crystalliser and dryer — a single machine that crystallises and dries amorphous PET in one continuous pass, in a patented rotary drum. What a conventional two-machine process takes five to six hours to do, this does in fifteen to twenty-five minutes.
